After an order is placed please allow up to 1-3 days for processing. All product are made in small batches to ensure quality
I handcraft all items send out. This includes creating, bottling, labeling, packaging and shipping. Orders will ship Monday-Friday only, depending on destination to prevent you products from sitting overnight on none delivery dates(i.e. Sundays).
As all products are 100% natural and contain no chemical stabilizers, under extreme heat our products may melt during the shipping process. If the product melts, due to our production process none of the quality’s and benefits for the skin are compromised. The products physical form will be altered.
Tips to help prevent melting:
- monitor shipping updates for estimated arrival date
- ensure you/or someone is home when package arrives
- mail product to work or office
- mail product to trusted friend or family that can collect package once delivered
To combat the rare chance that the product may melt during shipping we have extra measures to reduce the risk:
- Shipping date only Monday-Thursday to reduce your package from sitting in a possibly hot location on a none delivery day (Sunday)
- Extra insulation -Durning summer months (May-September) all packages will be shipped with extra insulted packaging and/or ice packs
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IF PRODUCT ARRIVES MELTED
If you have any problems or concerns with your order, please contact us directly so that we can make it right. Please keep in mind that all products are handmade and 100% natural so slight variations from batch to batch may occur.
Damages: Damage includes broken jars etc. BUT NOT MELTED PRODUCTS. If your product arrives damaged please reach out to us immediately at email@example.com. We will happily replace any damaged items provided they are reported within 48 hours of order delivery.
